Policy for Right of Withdrawal and Complaints

We want you to feel secure when purchasing an education service from us. Our services may consist of both pre-recorded digital courses and live-streamed tutoring.

Right of Withdrawal

  • Pre-recorded courses (digital content): When you purchase a digital course online, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. If you choose to start the course immediately and gain access to all materials, you consent to the withdrawal right ending when the course is made available.

  • Live tutoring (streamed sessions): When booking live tutoring, you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal, as long as the service has not yet started. If you wish to begin the tutoring before the withdrawal period has expired, you consent to the withdrawal right ending once the service has begun or been completed. Booking cancellation can be done up to 24 hours before start of the live session.

Complaints

Regardless of whether you purchase a pre-recorded course or live tutoring, you are always entitled to file a complaint under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act.

  • You have the right to complain if the course does not match the description, contains errors, or if you are unable to access the material due to technical issues.

  • For live tutoring, you can complain if the service has not been performed in a professional manner, for example if the session was not delivered as agreed.

  • The right to complain is valid for up to 3 years.
